Hate

การเกลียดใครบางคนเหมือนการเผาบ้านของตัวเราเองเพื่อกำจัดหนูหนึ่งตัว. ความเกลียดทำให้ชีวิตเป็นง่อย; ความรักปลดปล่อยเราให้อิสระ; ความเกลียดทำให้ชีวิตสับสน; ความรักทำให้ชีวิตปลอดโป่ง. 2) Hate somebody’s guts [verb phrase not in progressive] Informal: to hate someone very much. ไม่เป็นทางการ: เกลียดใครบางคนอย่างมาก: “เกลียดเข้าใส้”

Ex1: She despised her neighbors. หล่อนเกลียดเพื่อนบ้านของหล่อน.

7) Abhor: อับฮอ/แอบฮอ [transitive verb not in progressive] Formal: to hate a particular kind of behavior or attitude, especially because you think it is morally wrong. เป็นทางการ: เกลียดพฤติกรรม หรือ ทัศนคติ, โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเพราะคุณคิดว่ามันไม่ถูกต้อง.
